NOC Engineer requirements
The NOC Engineer role is suited to candidates with an IT support, network operations or helpdesk background.
- BS in Computer Science / IT is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.
- TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP understanding.
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote-support tools.
- Preferred certifications can include ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+/Network+ or CCNA.
- Experience: approximately 1–3 years in NOC, helpdesk or IT support.
DevOps Engineer requirements
- BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering or IT; Master’s is preferred.
- Strong CI/CD pipeline experience.
- Docker and Kubernetes.
- Linux/Windows administration.
- Cloud platform experience such as Azure or AWS.
- Experience: 8–10 years, including ownership of DevOps functions end to end.
Product Manager requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science, IT or Business/related field.
- Experience: 6+ years in product management.
- Product roadmap ownership.
- Stakeholder management and prioritisation.
- Agile product delivery.
- Release management and product-performance tracking.
The role is aligned with government/citizen digital services, so applicants should demonstrate product ownership rather than only project coordination.
Full Stack Engineer requirements
- BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience: 4+ years building full-stack web applications.
- Ability to work across frontend and backend development.
- Experience delivering production applications end to end.
Senior Quality Assurance Engineer requirements
- BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 6+ years in software quality assurance/test engineering.
- Ownership of test strategy.
- Test automation frameworks.
- Defect management across the software-development lifecycle.
- ISTQB or relevant test-automation certification is an advantage.

Certifications are an advantage, but they do not replace the practical 1–3 years of relevant support/NOC experience requested.
DevOps Engineer role focus
The DevOps vacancy is a senior position. The 8–10 year experience level means the candidate should be able to own CI/CD, containerised deployments, infrastructure reliability and cloud operations rather than only run individual deployment scripts.
Strong evidence can include production Docker/Kubernetes environments, Azure/AWS deployments, automated pipelines, observability and release-management responsibility.
Product Manager role focus
SITC’s Product Manager role is tied to citizen-service products. Relevant experience should demonstrate product-roadmap ownership, prioritisation, stakeholder alignment, delivery management and measurable product outcomes. A CV showing only general project administration without product ownership may not match the role strongly.
Full Stack Engineer role focus
The Full Stack Engineer should show at least four years of end-to-end web application work. The CV should identify frontend and backend technologies, APIs, databases, deployment exposure and production systems delivered.
Senior QA role focus
The Senior QA Engineer is expected to work beyond manual test execution. The role emphasises test strategy, automation frameworks and defect management through the software-development lifecycle. Applicants should show the scale of applications tested, automation tools used and release-quality responsibilities.
